We’re keen to announce that we will be heading down to Yackandandah to play the annual folk festival. We’re playing 3 sets over the Saturday and Sunday and bringing along the whole band!
As a ‘last minute addition’ (so last minute, we’re yet to be included on the poster), Burralow will be performing at the Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival. We will be performing as the trio in a strictly acoustic style utilising the one-mic performance style.
We are delighted to share that we will be sharing the stage with the Crooked Fiddle Band come November 30, at Katoomba’s Baroque Room. tCFB has just released their latest album, Another Subtle Atom Bomb, which cuts further into the coined Chainsaw Folk genre. Head to their bandcamp to have a listen, pick up a copy or grab one at the show!
We are excited to announce that we will be joining the lineup at this years Peak Festival! It’s the opening weekend in Perisher Valley and with a lineup that’s filled with talent, it’s set to make for a ‘chilled’ long weekend.

The EP is being launched on the 15th of February at the Petersham Bowling Club, Sydney. We’re sharing the stage with the likes of Echo Deer, Piccolo Bear & Frankie and The Tourists. You can buy tickets here.
The EP is available for pre-sale through this bandcamp link. CDs will be for sale on the night.
Burralow’s debut EP began afterhours in the basement of the Petersham Bowling Club, jostling ideas onto an old 4-track with friend Nic, before it found its way to Tim Kevin’s Tempe River Studios. Here, the collection of works and offerings evolved, combining folk instruments with rock & pop, drawing on artists from The Beatles to Cat Power in what has become a true alt-folk release.
